Here is a view of the inside of the 71 Cuda after the drivers side connector has been fully welded to the floor. See the heat effected "burn" area on the floor? That is why the seats and carpet NEED to be removed before welding the frame connectors into position.

You can also see that we are working on the front torsion bar support area. A prior repair to this car (floor pan replacement) failed to weld the new floors to the crossmember (wow!) so we took this opportunity to secure and plug weld the floor to the torsion bar crossmember.
