Jan 3 2008 - The very first Body in White program car to come to the shop arrived today. This one is an R4 red '70 Challenger R/T.
Plenty of body panels need replacing, the entire floor and cowls at the bases of each window A pillar. In addition, there is an older quarter panel and rear corner repair from "back in the day" that was brazed in place.
The R/T had been rear ended, the frame bent and it was all covered with a section cut from a donor car - once back from being stripped, the Challenger R/T will get a brand new quarter panel, rear frame rail, trunk floor and all the other metal it needs!
