Driver side quarter sanded and primed. The metal etch primer is the first step in sealing the raw metal against corrosion and rust. We sure don't want any coming back on this Bee!
Still a little wet in this photo, after the entire car is done in metal etch (we pour it inside all the seams, underneath the cowl and rear deck etc.) it will be epoxy primed.
In this phgoto, you can just barely make out the area where the replacement quarter has had the seam leaded. After just a little bit of filler, this will go away!
