Here is the Dart K-Frame front end completely assembled and ready for installation. We completely dissasemble the entire front end, clean and blast each piece, have the parts powdercoated and re-assemble with new polygraphiote bushings.
The original kelsey hayes 4-piston disc brakes where kept and got rebuilt calipers, new pads and rotors (along with new wheel studs).
All that remains is the final torque and paint markings, just like the factory did 30 some odd years ago. We will then sit the front end on our K-frame installation fixture, mount the motor and transmission and install it into the Dart from the bottom.
