It never fails!! We have been working on getting the new 360, six pack motor into Mark's Dart so we can take it to Carlisle - Mark is letting us show his '70 Dart - In progress inside our booth D116 & D117.
So .... of course, as we go to bolt-up the Jet-hot coated exhaust manifolds, we find a broken exhaust stud. Drill it out and then use an easy out right? Well now we have a broken easy out in the exhaust stud (ARRRGGHH).
OK, so now here is the complete top end off the 360 motor (yes it is a real TA top end! ) and you can see the offending head in the picture foreground. It is at the machine shop now, having the hardened steel easyout removed with all sorts of expensive tooling. GGGRRRRRR.
