The dart body was lowered over the engine until the K-frame bolts locations line up and we can bolt the K-frame back onto the body. At this point, the K-frame has been bolted into position and the transmission crossmember is installed.
Took another look at the clock and it was now ...... 5:07pm. An entire 37 minutes to install the motor/trans, K-frame and front suspension.
OK, the upper control arms are not bolted in, nor are the torsion bars in at this point, but 37 minutes (we took our time and where extra careful), absolutely not one scratch, not even a rub mark in the paint!)
