And while we where in this area, we removed some rust in the inner rocker and fashioned a replacement patch. The entire inner rocker area was coated in undercoating along with the outer wheelhouse. The arear around the patch was ground to metal and then had weld through primer applied.

I always cover these areas with undercoating as they are very hard to reach after the quarter panel is installed. Once the welds on the patch cool, it will get another coating of undercoat to protect it.
