Features

Roller Bearings - Our new rotator head design features a machined axle assembly with two tapered roller bearings. Now rolling your car is as close to effortless as possible! You can spin your balanced car easily with just one finger.

Linear Bearings - Another design innovation is the use of UHMW (ultra High Mollecular Weight) slide bearings in the rotator head upright assembly. Helps reduce friction to make lowering and raising your car shell even easier.

Fully Adjustable – The rotisserie is designed to support a car shell from the ground to a mid point height of 45” and has an un-obstructed free turning diameter capability of 90” (7 1/2 feet!). Comes with telescoping center bar connectors for up to a 20’ long car. Rotating brackets adjust to the width of your car’s mounting points.

Easy to use – When balanced, the rotisserie supports up to 2,000 lbs and a car can be easily rotated with one hand! Bring the work to you – no more working upside down or on your knees.

Built to last – Every piece of the rotisserie is made from steel. 2 1/2 inch and 2 inch square tubing and plate and is fully Mig Welded. ½” bolts are used exclusively for strength with standard 5/8” hitch pins for height adjustment.

Made to look good – All components are Powdercoated!

Modular – Can be completely broken down or assembled in under 10 minutes. When you are not using the rotisserie, it can serve these two tools (yes – Two!): A rear end stand or car dolly.

No weld bracket system – All brackets are adjustable and bolt directly to the car – no welding required. Simply drill the supplied brackets as needed for you car’s mounting points. Exact-fit brackets are available for most applications assuring a perfect fit with no fabrication.

Portable – No piece is larger than 48” x 12” x 15” or weighs more than 35 lbs. The rotisserie can be economically shipped via Truck Freight. We care about you and have negotiated a HUGE discount with Roadway - ask us about our low cost truck freight!

Easy to store – The entire Rotisserie stores laying flat along the ground or standing up in a corner. Can be stacked into a 15” x 15” bundle 48” long.

Easy to move – Can be attached to a standard 2” hitch receiver for empty off-the-ground transport (no licensing or registration issues). Optional wheel packages are available for around the shop moving with casters or an off-road package for between buildings on gravel or turf.

Versatile – Using the optional wheel package, the rotisserie can be winched onto a car trailer for transport with the car shell mounted! Serves as a car dolly to deliver the shell to the painter or just moving around in your shop. Has a 60” wheel track width, so it works on any standard car trailer.

Stable – A Six point connected support structure provides maximum stability with no perimeter obstructions. Stand next to your rotated car without tripping! Easily converted to an optional full perimeter frame if you need or want the center unobstructed.

Strong – Through tube rotator mounting insures the maximum strength at critical stress points.
